Premier Kim Tok Hun, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the C.C., Workers’ Party of Korea and vice-president of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, met with Alexandr Kozlov, minister of Natural Resources and Ecology who is heading the Russian government delegation, on Nov. 20 when the latter paid a courtesy call on him at the Mansudae Assembly Hall.
