Doorplate of Our Home

I still remember the day when I received the license for the use of the house.

At that time, I had just been discharged from military service and therefore had never thought that I could be master of a new house.

But I was surprised on the day when a ceremony of moving into new houses took place because my family received two licenses for the use of house.

One is for my father and the other is for me.

That day our whole family, shedding tears, vowed to become a patriotic farmers’ family.

Looking at my name on the doorplate of the new house, I keenly realized again the warm love the Party bestowed on us, farmers.

Since then the doorplate of my house has encouraged me to live as a sincere agricultural worker.

I will keep deep in my mind the benevolence of the Party and do my best to repay it by becoming a bumper cropper.

Even in Mountainous Region

Thanks to the warm love of the motherly Party, our Kapsan County known as the mountainous one has been face-lifted.

Actually, we used to envy happy farmers in other villages moving into new houses, watching their housewarmings on TV.

Then, last year we could also see the map showing the bird’s-eye view of new houses which were to be built in our village.

At that time a festive mood prevailed in the farm.

Now, the new houses have been built splendidly and we, ordinary farmers, became the masters of new houses.

Several months have passed since we moved into new houses. However, farmers are singing the benevolence of the Party and making pledge to do their work well.

Our farm is a small one of less cultivated area than the flat areas and we have not done farming well. However, we received the warm love of the Party as same as those good at farming.

Indeed, the warm love of the Party is nutrition of lives of our farmers. Love should be accompanied by repayment.

We will conclude this year’s farming well without fail, thus giving pleasure to our motherly Party.
