It was one December day in Juche 103(2014).

The respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited the Pyongyang Children’s Foodstuff Factory and looked round various places of the factory to acquaint in detail himself with its production and business activities.

Presently, he said that to produce and provide the foodstuff for the children among the Party’s policies was what we should implement preferentially and surely, adding that the most important policy was to give first preference to the foodstuff production for the children.

Receiving his saying, officials felt a lump in their throats.

Looking at them full of passion, the General Secretary recollected with deep emotion saying that Chairman Kim Jong Il in his lifetime had supplied that factory alone with raw materials even in the period of the Arduous March to ensure that it could push ahead with the production without respite and taken benevolent measures for the provision of raw materials.

And then the respected General Secretary stressed that we had problems a lot but to provide our children with the foodstuffs was very important issue and so, he would make no concession in the children’s foodstuff production-related issues.

Terming that to put the production on a normal footing at the factory was not a simple economic and practical issue but the issue concerning the sense of moral obligation towards President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, as well as one relating to the Party faith and conscience, he continued that there would be nothing to have for the revolutionaries except their Party faith and conscience.

And he stressed that the Party should conduct well the production guidance as reflected by the plans for provision of raw materials.

Thanks to his warm love, the children’s foodstuff factory could normalize the production despite all difficulties.
