The national emblem of the DPRK is the symbol reflecting the dignity, sovereignty, invincible might and prosperity of our state. It is associated with the patriotic soul and sublime desire of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.

The respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un saw to it that the law on the national emblem of the DPRK was subdivided and gave important instructions on several occasions in order to hand over the national emblem to posterity generation after generation.

The Standing Committee of the Supreme People’s Assembly of the DPRK revised the law on the national emblem of the DPRK by issuing a decree in July Juche 109(2020).

The provisions of the law on the national emblem of the DPRK fully show the noble exploits of the respected General Secretary who demonstrates the dignity and honor of the DPRK all over the world.

The national emblem of the DPRK is, indeed, the symbol demonstrating the prestige of our powerful country under the wise leadership of the General Secretary who is faithfully carrying forward the patriotic intention of the President and the Chairman.

So, all the provisions of the law on the national emblem of the DPRK tell the truth that a country’s dignity and prestige are put on the peak of glory and its national emblem shines forever only when it is led by a peerlessly great man.
