Looking at One Slogan

The respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited the Songdowon International Children’s Camp ready to open one April day in Juche 103(2014).

He was pleased with a broad smile on his face to see the excellent camp for children. Suddenly, he asked the accompanying officials why there were three round ornamental bands on the gatepost.

The officials could not find any answer, looking at the three ornamental bands carrying letters "Ji, Tok, Che" meaning knowledge, virtue and strong body.

Kindly seeing the officials, the General Secretary said that it would be good to make more ornamental bands for the slogan "We are the happiest in the world!"

At the moment, the officials expressed admiration for his instruction. They thought that the slogan on the gatepost would suit the characters of the children’s camp. However, they could not fully understand the reason till then.

At the theatre of the International Friendship Children’s Hall, the General Secretary instructed to put the above said slogan on the head of the stage. Then he saw the slogan "We are the happiest in the world!" on the office building and said as follows:

The slogan is the best. It is the goal of our Party to make our children and people lead a happy life with nothing to envy.

I do backbreaking jobs cheerfully when I think the slogan "We are the happiest in the world!"…

It was not until then that the officials could feel that the General Secretary redoubles his iron-will to devote himself to the posterity and goes on the dangerous and difficult road to bring earlier the day of happiness to our posterity.

Not to Allow Slightest Defect

In November Juche 105(2016), the respected General Secretary visited the newly remodeled Samjiyon Schoolchildren’s Palace.

He dropped in at the string music circle room to enjoy performance by circle members and praised their performance.

Suddenly, he said that the room was so small and the sound of musical instruments was so loud.

A moment before, the General Secretary had stressed at the fine art circle room the need to arrange a general control room in the palace for ensuring the proper temperature of the circle rooms even in winter.

The officials felt guilty of failing to uphold the noble intention of the General Secretary who pays deep attention to the work for our children.

Then the General Secretary instructed to rearrange the circle rooms in keeping with scales and characters of circles.

That day, the officials kept deep in their minds the intention of the General Secretary, benevolent father of our children, not to allow any slightest defect in the work for the posterity.
