They successfully concluded the intensive overhaul of equipment shortly ago and launched fertilizer production for the new manuring year. They are putting spurs to the campaign for increasing production in the spirit with which they fulfilled the fertilizer production plan for September.

The Namhung Youth Chemical Complex, which plays a pivotal role in fertilizer production, dovetails production processes and thus augments achievements in production.

The officials of the complex each takes charge of a piece of major equipment and solves the problems arising in its full operation beforehand.

The workers and technicians of all the processes of production strive to produce as much fertilizer as possible. The officials in charge of production mix with the operators to find out a rational way to increase the actual extraction rate to the maximum in an effort to secure a guarantee for increased production.

Those of the preceding processes work in a reliable manner, lowering the norm of materials consumption per unit and introducing worthful technologies.

Those of the ammonia workshop and compressor workshop No 1 and 2 ensure production on a normal track with efforts directed to managing technology and equipment.

Those of the Hungnam Fertilizer Complex also perform feats in production. They set a higher production goal after the overhaul and are increasing fertilizer output while fully satisfying technical indices in every process.

They raise the productivity by putting the equipment operation on a scientific basis and actively adopting new working methods.

Meanwhile, they take good care of equipment with focus placed on letting the large-size equipment display its capacity to the full.
