Issue He Attached Importance to

Once, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un inspected the Wonsan Leather Shoes Factory.

He entered the room dedicated to the history of the factory and praised that the room was arranged well and the historical data were displayed in such a way as to vividly show the course of development the factory had covered and to be of educational significance.

The official of the factory was excited by his high appreciation.

Looking at him, the respected General Secretary said that Party organizations should properly conduct education through revolutionary relics and the history of the units.

He taught that to do so was an important undertaking for adding eternal luster to the leadership exploits of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.

He continued that this undertaking must be intensified in order to let all the Party members and other people work well with the leadership exploits of the President and the Chairman kept deep in their hearts.

It was a precious instruction that teaches what must be given priority in rousing the masses’ mental strength.

Always Like Anti-Japanese Fighters

One day in May, 2015, the respected General Secretary met with some officials and gave them precious instructions to keep the revolutionary spirit of Paektu, the spirit of the blizzards of Paektu, in their mind.

That day, he said that it was of particular significance in acquiring and embodying the spirit to learn after the living examples of the anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters who upheld the ideas and cause of the President devotedly.

The noteworthy points in the ideological and spiritual traits of the anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters are the immovable faith of believing that they can win victory when following the President, the sacrificing spirit of regarding the President’s ideas and lines as an absolute truth and going to any lengths to carry out the President’s orders, and the attitude and stand of genuine soldiers of doing their best to model after the noble virtues of the President.

Remembering his words, the officials were wrapped in sublime feelings.

Presently, the respected General Secretary noted that all the officials should not merely give verbal support to the Party’s revolutionary traditions but thoroughly embody the indomitable revolutionary spirit and fighting morale of the anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters.

Bearing his instructions, the officials hardened their will to live and fight in the way the anti-Japanese fighters did.
