Light decorations, which spread along the nearly ten-ri section on the bank of the Amnok River, add to elegance peculiar to the countryside and thus the village’s looks is so spectacular.

That is why everyone unanimously says that a wonderful view has been appeared on the bank of the Amnok River.

Who would think it is the flood-hit area which suffered the natural disaster!

There had not been even a flat to speak of due to a flood a few months before. But another new village for the homeless people was built under the care of the Workers’ Party of Korea. So, where can we find such a wonderful and amazing scene?

Indeed, a "cultured rural town" built in the northwestern tip of the country is very beautiful.

Seeing with deep emotion the new village, the flood victims, who had led a dream-like happy life in Pyongyang under the loving care of the Party, make a pledge of loyalty and repayment and picture to themselves the future of the country to be more beautified.
