Shortly ago, the manager of the Komusan Cement Factory invited 10-odd teachers of Chongjin University of Technology including a department chief Ro Su Gyong to the meeting to congratulate innovators to be held at the factory.

The teachers who were invited are those giving itinerant lectures to the field study group of the factory.

At present, just a little over 20 students are under their charge.

However, all the employees of the factory know the teachers.

This is not only because they give sincere lectures to the worker-students as suited to their characteristics and preparedness.

They gave a helping hand on the spot after the lecture and helped the students apply what they learnt during the lecture into practice.

They also racked their brains to solve the sci-tech problems arising in reality in time.

Since the organization of the field study group, the employees of the factory and the teachers have worked in concerted efforts for innovation.

In this course, tens of workers have graduated from the university and grown into primary officials and innovators.

Better still, the sci-tech knowledge level of the worker-students has risen remarkably.

The innovators of the factory are unanimous in saying that their successes are unthinkable apart from the efforts of the teachers.

That’s why the factory invited the teachers of the university to the meaningful congratulatory meeting.

This fact reflects the high enthusiasm of the workers to contribute to the development of the factory with science and technology and their high respect for the educators endeavoring to making all the people well versed in science and technology.
