Popular Policies of Our Party

Now, the social policies for the sake of people are increasing in number in our country where the people-first principle becomes the Party climate and state custom.

Recently, the state took steps to extend the regular vocation in double duration and shorten working hours for the women who bring up more than two children from eight years old and under.

In addition, it allows that a woman who gave birth to second child or more children is eligible to retire temporarily from office at her own request, even after maternity leave.

The state issues a certificate of family with many children to a family with many children and prolongs its term of validity annually.

A woman and her family who received the certificate of family with many children is entitled to obtain additional benefits at a hospital as well as a cultural and sports institution.

The state gives priority to a family with many children in allotment of dwelling houses and provides them with special subsidies as to the number of children below the age of senior middle school graduation.

The state sets working hours as to the physical conditions of the people, and legalizes it to provide them with working conditions and nourishing foods and to treat them with tonics.

The old people’s homes have been built in different parts of the country and the state takes good care of the old’s life and health; this reality vividly shows the superiority of the socialist system which puts great efforts into the promotion of the people’s well-being.

In recent years, the DPRK laws on childcare, emergency anti-epidemic work, supplying cement to cities and counties and others were adopted.

The construction is an important and proud undertaking which vividly shows the Party’s popular policies.

Such realities of allotting, at the state’s expense or free of charge, newly-built houses to the people in the capital and local areas can be found only in our socialist motherland.

As to the Party’s "Regional Development ２０×１０ Policy", the regional-industry factories have been built in different parts of the country and with this, the construction of three essential projects of building public health facilities, cultural complexes and grain management facilities is being pushed ahead with.

As a result, a new era of rural rejuvenation and local development is opened up in our country.

It is the Party’s intention that it has to be the way of advance and development of our revolution to exert more sincerity to children even the condition becomes worse and to take dynamic steps forward towards the future of communism with the might of that love.

Thanks to the loving care of the Party, all the children throughout the country are raised healthily being supplied dairy products every day.

And they also receive new school uniforms for all seasons, as well as school things with delight.

A social policy is a mirror of social superiority of relevant countries.

It is none other than our socialist system which shapes the popular policies that would be unimaginable in capitalist countries.
