Enthusiasm for Reaping Bumper Harvest by Dint of Science and Technology

All farms across the country are seething with enthusiasm for reaping bumper harvest by dint of science and technology this year, marking the ８０th founding anniversary of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

In South Hawanghae Province, the scientists, technicians and researchers of universities and research institutions in the field of agriculture play an active role in farm fields.

Some days ago, they organized the short course of the primary officials of the farms to settle the problems arising in work to expand the area for cultivating nutrient cold seedlings and to raise the paddy rice in a sci-tech way.

On Mar. １２ North Phyongan Province organized the provincial short course for sowing and growing young rice-plants in the presence of province, city and county officials in the field of agriculture in Phihyon County.

The technical short course reviewed and analyzed the deviations and dealt with some problems arising in sowing and growing young rice-plants well.
