The 3rd Enlarged Executive Committee of the Party Central Organizing Committee which was held from December 17, 1945, to December 18 for two days was recorded as a meeting of significance in the history of our Party.

That was because this meeting brought about an epochal turn in strengthening the organizational and ideological unity of our Party and in thoroughly establishing the monolithic leadership system of the leader.

On October 10, 1945, our glorious Party was founded thanks to the energetic leadership and devoted efforts of the President.

However, the situation was so complicated owing to the maneuvers of the factionalists and local separatists who sneaked into the newly-born Party.

In some local Party organizations, the factionalists and local separatists formed their own groups and fought against each other, weakening the unity of the Party ranks and hindering the implementation of the Party’s organizational line.

Regarding it as work brooking no further delay to take decisive steps for the implementation of the Party’s organizational line, the President held the 3rd Enlarged Executive Committee of the Party Central Organizing Committee.

In the historic report made at the meeting, the President put special emphasis on intensifying discipline within the Party and firmly ensuring the unity of the Party and keenly analyzed and criticized the moves of the factionalists and local separatists impeding the implementation of the Party’s organizational line.

The report was followed by speeches.

The speakers expressed unanimous support to the report made by the President and sharply hit the sectarian acts of the factionalists and local separatists.

The meeting dealt the factionalists an organizational and decisive blow.

At the historic conclusion "For the consolidation of the Party", the President underlined the issues of consolidating the Party organizationally and ideologically, intensifying the unity of ideological will of the Party, strengthening Party discipline and training Party cadres in actual work at Party cells of factories, mines, workshops and farms and of reinforcing the reporting system.

Through this historic meeting, the participants felt once again that they should hold in high esteem the President, possessed of absolute prestige and leadership admitted by everyone, and remain loyal only to him in order to develop ours into a unified Party.

Indeed, the 3rd Enlarged Executive Committee of the Party Central Organizing Committee was as significant as the inaugural congress of the Party and, since then, a new chapter of the development of our Party has been opened.
