Impression of Woman Teacher

Not long ago, Jang Hae Yon, a woman teacher of Minhung Primary School in Moranbong District, had a wedding ceremony amid the warm blessings of many people.

On the wedding day, she was so moved looking round the familiar people who took kindred care of her in her deceased parents’ stead.

Several years ago, she was assigned to the primary school after graduated from Pyongyang Teachers Training College.

Actually, it was the start of her social life after her pleasant college days, and this made her somewhat worried.

But it was an unnecessary anxiety.

The officials and other teachers of the primary school took good care of her encouraging her to be free of any worries in her work and life.

When she chose a discharged soldier as her marriage partner, all of them ungrudgingly prepared things needed for the wedding with the feeling of being her parents.

Not only they but also the leading officials of the Moranbong District Party Committee and the district people’s committee sincerely helped the preparation for wedding.

On the wedding day, Jang made up her mind to devote her life to education always remembering the request of grateful people.

Ten-odd Days Tell Their Sincere Devotion

Some days ago, an emergency patient was brought to abdominal surgery of the South Phyongan Provincial General Hospital.

It was Ri Hyon Ju, an officer of the Korean People’s Army.

Her condition was very serious.

The medical workers, with determination to make her stand again at the post of defending the motherland in good health, devoted their sincerity to the recovery of her health.

It took long time to be through with the first-aid treatment successfully, but it was only the first step in treatment.

Kim Hyon Chol, a medical worker from Phyongsong University of Medicine, who was in charge of the patient, and other medical workers of the provincial general hospital took meticulous steps for treatment in terms of changing vital indices.

They, at all hours of the day and night, carefully looked after the patient with sincere devotion.

Thanks to their devotion, the patient was restored to health in ten-odd days, after all.

What brought the woman officer back to life was none other than the sincere devotion of our people to the KPA servicepersons.
