We Will Uphold Forever President Kim Il Sung As Eternal Leader of Juche Korea


With the approach of the auspicious April holiday, lots of people across the country throng to the time-honored Mangyongdae Revolutionary Site and statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill.

Mangyongdae, the birthplace of the President where he spent his childhood, is cherished deep in the hearts of our people and the revolutionary peoples of the world as the sacred place of revolution.

According to data available, over 158.1 million people have visited the Mangyongdae Revolutionary Site for the past 80 years, more than 1.78 million of which are foreigners and over 0.18 million are overseas compatriots respectively.

Lots of people from across the country devote warm sincerity to the revolutionary site with boundless yearning for the President who devoted his all to the people throughout his life.

Pure loyalty of people longing for the President and the Chairman is witnessed on Mansu Hill, too.

Since April, 2012, when the statues of the President and the Chairman were erected on the hill, over 53.7 million people including officials, working people, service personnel and youth and students have so far visited here to pay tribute to the President and the Chairman.

Lots of families bring materials necessary for the management of the surroundings of the statues and numerous people take care of the statues day and night, rain or shine.

Along with the growing yearning of the people for the President and the Chairman, their immortal exploits will shine radiantly for all generations to come and their patriotic desire for a powerful country be brought to brilliant reality without fail.
