Coal Output Doubled

Officials and working people of the complex, all out for increased production and economization, have raised the mechanization rate of mining and actively applied effective mining methods to overfulfill daily, weekly and monthly coal production quotas.

This means they have turned out over twice more coal than they did in the same period of last year.

The Party committee of the complex conducts fresh political motivation and agitprop activities for increased production among colliers.

The officials also timely solve the problems arising in the life of colliers as well as coal mining and transportation.

Colliers of the Ryongbuk Youth Coal Mine and Thaesan Coal Mine introduced new mining methods by pooling creative wisdom with the technical team and manage equipment and technology in a proper manner to increase the operation rate of mining equipment. They also devised a new machine on their own to greatly save manpower and increase the transportation capacity by １.５ times at the same time.

Consequently, they completed the first-quarterly production quotas before any others of the complex.

Those of the Hoeryong Coal-mining Machine Plant work in high spirits, too.

They remodeled some production processes on their own and supplemented lacking equipment. During the first quarter of the year, alone, they produced lots of mining equipment to provide them to coal mines.
