Noble Ethics of Large Socialist Family

Beautiful deeds are displayed one after another in our socialist system where all the people live in a large family.

A few months ago, a girl employee of the Ryomyong Garment Factory was diagnosed as a serious illness.

When all her family members were stuck with dismay at the news, Kang Ok Chun, manageress of the factory, and some employees visited the patient’s house first.

The manageress, despite her busy work, strove for her medical treatment; she took measures for her to get treatment in the Pyongyang University of Medicine Hospital and provide everything needed for treatment.

And she, together with the employees, often called at the hospital with dishes suitable to her taste and materials for tonics.

Medical workers of the hospital, too, devoted their sincerity to the patient.

Thanks to their devotion and sincerity, the girl recovered her health in a short period.

On the day of releasing from the hospital, the grandmother of the patient, on behalf of her family members, repeatedly expressed her thanks to the officials and the employees of the factory and medical workers.

At that time, the manageress said:

"We Are All One Family."

Besides, there are many stories reflecting mental and moral traits of our people who help and lead each other forward and share weal and woe.

Stories about the deed displayed by the officials of a farm in Chongdan County who took care of a parentless farmer with parental affection and arranged a wedding ceremony and the grateful people who unsparingly bestowed their brotherly love on the disabled soldiers…

Their addresses and names are different from each other, but these stories are warmly associated with the noble ethics of the great socialist family in which all people live harmoniously as one family.

Through such stories we can keenly feel that our socialist motherland is, indeed, the cradle of happiness and eternal life without parallel in the world.
