Remodeling of Leading Machine Building Base Gathers Momentum

The １２th Plenary Meeting of the ８th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea set a task to finish the first-stage remodeling of the Ryongsong Machine Complex within this year.

At present, officials and working people of the complex are filled with revolutionary enthusiasm to display higher the honor of the model factory of self-reliance and a competent enterprise by realizing the plans and intentions of the Party Central Committee without fail.

Now that they must remodel or newly build lots of things while pushing ahead with the current production, they give priority to the supply of materials on one hand and promote the whole course of the project in a three-dimensional way and with lightning speed on the other.

The technical team of the complex and the relevant unit is engaged in a spirited brain war and research work.

The North Hamgyong Provincial Party Committee actively assists the first-stage remodeling of the complex.

It dispatched able officials and construction force to the field and provides cement and other materials on a priority basis.

Officials and scientists in several relevant units like the Ministry of Machine Building Industry direct efforts to solving problems arising in remodeling in close contact with the officials and technical team of the complex.

Further successes are witnessed thanks to the devoted efforts of the working people at the Ryongsong Machine Complex who are making headway by overcoming difficulties in the spirit of self-reliance and by dint of science and technology.
