Success in Production of Milk Powder

True to the Party’s intention to provide our children, future of the motherland, with better upbringing conditions, North Hamgyong Province puts spurs to the implementation of the Party’s childcare policy, thus making remarkable successes.

According to data available, the province carried out this year’s plan for producing milk powder.

Under the guidance of the provincial Party committee, the province set the goal for producing more dairy products by their own efforts and waged the fierce campaign for attaining the goal.

They dispatched relevant officials to cities and counties to install more facilities for producing dairy products and improve the efficiency of facilities.

In particular, they manufactured and supplied hundreds of vacuum concentration facilities so as to increase the quantity and improve the quality of the products at the dairy production units in cities and counties.

Meanwhile, they aroused the zeal for emulation among the cities and counties to complete the production of milk powder in a qualitative way, and redoubled the masses’ zeal for production through the regular reviewing.

Hoeryong City leads the province in the campaign. The city, putting primary efforts into improving the quality of milk powder, carried out the planed tasks ahead of schedule by taking positive measures for increasing production. Onsong County improved the efficiency of the dairy-products-processing facilities and increased the number of milch goats. Musan County and other regions of the province also made successes in production of milk powder.
