Efforts Concentrated on Strengthening Ranks of Skilled Builders and Construction Equipment

Ryanggang Province is concentrating its efforts on strengthening the ranks of skilled builders and construction equipment of the city and counties.

The provincial Party committee, with the aim of enabling the city and county Party committees to bring up the construction brigades to be the powerful force shouldering the development of the region, is putting big efforts into it.

The Province designated the Kapsan County Construction Brigade which equipped themselves with heavy machines needed for the construction as a model and generalized its experiences to the cities and counties.

It organized several times a provincial exhibition and through this, conducted the work of providing the city and county construction brigade with lots of construction equipment and apparatus and implements.

In particular, it sees that relevant regions further strengthen the system of training skilled builders on their own.

The province is also taking foresighted measures needed for the operation of schools for skilled builders and making the senior officials of the city and county take full responsibility of the work and pay deep attention to it.
