National Photo Exhibition Opens to Celebrate 80th Founding Anniversary of WPK

The national photo exhibition, "By Developing the Workers’ Party of Korea into Juche-oriented Revolutionary Party, the Genuine People’s Party", opened to celebrate the ８０th founding anniversary of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

Displayed at the venue of the exhibition are photos dealing with the revolutionary exploits of President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

Photos show the revolutionary career of the President who founded the WPK on the basis of the solid organizational and ideological foundation provided during the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle and built it into the political general staff of the revolution and the mass Party of the working people with invincible fighting efficiency and seasoned leadership ability.

Photos also show the immortal exploits of Kim Jong Il who developed the WPK into the one of the President forever.

The photos comprehensively deal with the leadership history of Kim Jong Un who proclaimed the modeling of the whole society on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism as the supreme programme of the WPK and ushered in a new era of strengthening the whole Party.

An opening ceremony took place at the People’s Palace of Culture on October ３.

Present there were Ju Chang Il, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, Sung Jong Gyu, minister of Culture, officials concerned and working people in Pyongyang.

Ju Chang Il made an opening address.

At the end of the ceremony, the participants looked round the exhibition venue.
