The technological group of the Paeksung Insulated Wire Production Station of the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports succeeded in developing oxide-film-aluminium-insulated wire, one of the ultra-modern technologies in the world, and establishing its production processes in our style.

There were many problems to be solved including confirming rational manufacturing method of insulating material and establishing optimized technical processes of covering to meet the requirements of all the insulating property technical indices.

Director Jon Chol Ho and technicians fully displayed the spirit of creation, thus establishing streamlined production processes of oxide-film-insulated-wire on their own.

The production processes of oxide-film-aluminium-insulated wire registered as one of the DPRK patents is attracting the interest of the scientific circles as it is of great economic effectiveness.

Now, the production station continues research for further expanding the range of utilization of oxide-film-aluminium-insulated wire.
