Fulfillers of Two-year and Three-year Plans Appear One after Another

Continuous innovations are being made at the September Textile Mill.

According to amassed data, ten-odd fulfillers of two-year and three-year plans have appeared while tens of employees over-fulfilled their yearly plan.

Officials of the factory organized field technical study and review of technical innovation in keeping with the high zeal of the employees.

Along with this, they gave wide publicity to achievements made by innovators in various forms and by various methods and generalized their good experience so that fresh innovations are made one after another.

Son Un Hui, a spinner of the general spinning workshop, Ham Hyon Mi, a worker of the daily necessaries workshop, and Kim Myong Hui, a worker of the cop-winding workshop, have won the honour of fulfillers of three-year plan before any others as they worked by sweat of their brow from the beginning of the year.

This roused the zeal of employees for increased production.

Following their way of work, all the employees steadily improved their technical skills while vigorously launching the multi-spindle and multi-machine tending campaigns and actively sharing successes and experience each other.

In this course, lots of employees fulfilled their two-year and yearly plan ahead of schedule and the number of fulfillers is increasing day by day.
