Substantial Measures Taken for Raising Productivity of Coal Mines

Officials of the Cabinet and economic guidance organs make concrete plans while discussing in earnest the ways for putting production of coal on a normal track.

The Cabinet, the economic headquarters of the country, channels great efforts into operation and control for raising the productivity of coal mines.

First of all, it ensures that leading officials of commissions, ministries and national institutions are ideologically motivated to supply materials and others to coal mines on a priority basis in keeping with the intentions of the Party which attaches importance to coal industry sector.

Along with this, it makes strict demands that the economic guidance organs dispatch working-level officials to different coal mines to grasp the situation in detail and analyze it in a scientific way, and on this basis, take correct and effective measures.

In particular, the coal-mining industry sector directs great efforts to solving pressing problems arising in more thoroughly cementing the foundations for prospective production while expanding production.

Timed to coincide with these undertakings, the officials of the coal-mining industry conduct organizational work and control for increasing production and strengthening production foundations in a more responsible manner.

The substantial operation and control of the officials of the Cabinet and economic guidance organs greatly encourage officials and colliers of different coal mines who are all out to greet the Ninth Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea with proud labor achievements.
