Many Cities and Counties Conclude Rice Harvesting

Officials and working people of the agricultural sector across the country go all out for harvesting and threshing in high spirits to greet the Ninth Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea with increased grain production.

According to amassed data, ９０-odd cities and counties concluded their rice harvesting as of October ２０.

Officials and agricultural workers in South Phyongan Province are endeavoring in high spirits.

The province conducts farm work in an efficient way while actively creating favorable environment for the operation of farming machines including rice combine harvesters and taking thoroughgoing measures for preserving grain from rotting.

Suit is followed by other regions including North Phyongan, North Hamgyong, South Hamgyong, Jagang, North Hwanghae and Kangwon provinces and Pyongyang Municipality.

Now officials and agricultural workers across the country, with a firm determination to defend the Party and the revolution through rice production, put further spurs to harvesting and threshing.
