The establishment of light reflection glass production process is of great significance in ensuring safety of car running during the night in the field of transport.

Technicians and researchers of the Taean Friendship Glass Factory and the Heat Engineering Institute of the State Academy of Sciences set an ambitious goal of producing light reflection glass of world-level with our own technology and raw materials and endeavored for its realization.

They fixed it as the main orientation to lay production foundation run by electricity and scrap glass and solved every sci-tech problems arising in it.

Technicians and workers of the Taean Friendship Glass Factory decided upon all the scientific indices of light reflection glass by pooling their creative wisdom and completed the design of the process to suit our actual conditions.

They also opened up prospects for concluding the establishment of the process in time by solving technical problems arising in manufacturing of equipment and installation of steel structure by unfolding an extensive mass technical innovation campaign.

The research group of the Heat Engineering Institute of the State Academy of Sciences manufactured plasma generator with raw materials abundant in our country and actively developed and introduced advanced technologies, thus making it possible to drastically improve the quality of light reflection glass and lower the productions cost.

Technicians and researchers of the Taean Friendship Glass factory and the Heat Engineering Institute of the State Academy of Sciences confirmed indices of normalizing the operation of light reflection glass production process through repeated trial tests and finally manufactured the first trial products.

Now the factory is making full preparations so that it can operate the light reflection glass production process on a regular basis.
