Kanggye Paving Block Factory Built

Jagang Province has built the Kanggye Paving Block Factory.

The construction of the modern factory furnished with various kinds of equipment needed for producing paving blocks and Hume pipes in various forms makes it possible to lay material and technical foundations for pushing ahead with regional construction as intended by the Workers’ Party of Korea.

Present at the inauguration ceremony held on the spot on Dec. １１ were officials of the Party and power organs in Jagang Province, working people in Kanggye City and employees of the factory.

At the ceremony, a speaker referred to the fact that the modern factory was built under the energetic leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is devoting his all to ushering in a new era in which the regions are undergoing changes and prospering.

The speaker said that the officials and employees of the factory should manage the production buildings and equipment in a responsible way and steadily raise the technical skill to improve the quality of products and increase the output, with the awareness that they are the masters of the workplace.

At the end of the ceremony the participants looked round the factory.
