It has been a very common thing in our society that ordinary people including working people are involved in the study-while-you-work system and learn to their heart’s content.
Then why did lots of people rejoice over the news about an ordinary youth of entering the university?
Man Jong Ryong is a disabled man who has been bringing his literary talent into bloom under the benevolent system.
People used to send their heartfelt congratulations and encouragement to him on his poems in praise of socialist country, a cradle of genuine life.
That’s why the news has become a matter of great concern to lots of people including the subscribers to the website and all of them rejoiced at the news as their own affairs.
Through this fact alone, we deeply feel once again about the genuine appearance of our socialist country where the whole society forms a great harmonious family.
In a Passenger Train
It was in mid-September last. The Tanchon-Hochon train left a station.

Thanks to such warm sincerity and devotion, the woman’s condition gradually improved and she finally was restored to health. That day, looking at the benevolent people who devoted parental affection to her, she was moved to tears.
This was, indeed, an outburst of gratitude to our socialist system in which all the people form a harmonious family.
Sincerity Devoted to Discharged Officers
Not long ago, several people visited the house of Kye Jong Nam, a discharged officer living in Neighborhood Unit No. ２７ of Sagok-dong No. ２, Taedonggang District.
They were officials from the office of Munhung-dong No. ２ in the same district who were working together with Kye.
Kim Yong Ok, Kye’s wife, was so touched by the sincerity of the officials who learnt about their difficulties in life.
In fact, they had taken good care of the family in place of Kye, engaged in major construction project true to the Party’s intention.
That day, the officials told Kim, who felt so much obliged to them, that it was their bounden duty to provide discharged officers, who spent their lifetime at posts for defending the motherland, with nice living conditions.
This is not all for their sincerity to the discharged officers.
What’s more, the officials remodel the houses of the discharged officers working in the dong office and take attentive care of them lest they should feel any inconvenience in life.
