Jagang Province channels efforts into preparations for next year’s farming.

Under the guidance of the provincial Party Committee, the provincial rural economy committee conducts intensive organizational and political work to achieve greater success in grain production next year on the basis of experience gained in this year’s farming.

Its officials make strict demands for perfect preparations for farming by giving precedence to production of homemade manure and securement of materials for making seedbeds.

They see to it that units produce quality manure in a larger amount and, at the same time, secure raw materials for producing organic fertilizer in a hasty manner.

Songwon County makes achievements by pushing ahead with the work for work-teams to increase manure output on a full scale and normalizes production at the pyroligneous acid production base.

Janggang County concentrates on producing organic compound fertilizer and huminite while taking in city manure by fully mobilizing transportation means like tractors.

Chosan County, in particular, distinguished itself in securing raw materials needed for the production of organic compound fertilizer by making watertight arrangements and arousing the masses’ patriotic enthusiasm.

Similar successes are made in Kanggye City and other areas.

The provincial rural economy committee regularly learns about and reviews the farming preparations in cities and counties and widely generalizes worthful successes and experience.
