Revolutionary Teaching Materials of Paektusan University
There are revolutionary slogans written on barked trees in the revolutionary battle sites in the area of Mt Paektu.
These slogans, which remain unchanged till today in the thick forests of Paektu, always give the visitors to the sacred mountain of revolution precious ideological and spiritual pabulum, thus equipping all of them with the revolutionary spirit of Paektu, the spirit of the blizzards of Paektu.
Clearly reflected in the slogans is the noble ideological spirit cherished by the anti-Japanese revolutionary forerunners.
They boundlessly revered and followed President
They cherished absolute loyalty to the President, ardent love for the country and homeland, Juche-based standpoint and spirit of self-reliant independence, optimism and revolutionary confidence in victory, noble outlook on future and revolutionary comradeship.
Indeed, every single slogan the anti-Japanese revolutionary forerunners wrote is equivalent to the live voices and appearances of the first generation of revolution and serves as textbooks of Paektusan University which all the generations to come should study letter by letter.
That’s why the President once taught that the slogans written by the anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters are not just simple slogans but valuable revolutionary literature, that the slogans are pulsating with the fighters’ heartbeats and that they are treasures of eternal value which our Party and people should preserve and keep for ever.
Much water has flowed under the bridge since the anti-Japanese revolutionary forerunners left writings of loyalty and patriotism, faith and will on the trees.
However, they remain as the living witness of history conveying the indomitable spirit of the forerunners and textbooks of Paektusan University carrying forward the lineage of our Party’s revolutionary traditions.
Along with these revolutionary textbooks, treasures of the country, trustworthy successors will continue to grow up on this land to reliably carry forward the revolutionary cause of Juche.
