Juche Idea, Banner of Victory of Korean Revolution

On March ３１, １９８２, Chairman Kim Jong Il made public the immortal classic work "On the Juche Idea".

This work is a great encyclopaedia which further intensified and developed the Juche Idea into a great guiding ideology of the independent era and an immortal programme which brightly illuminates the road for carving out the destiny of the popular masses.

President Kim Il Sung saw through the requirements of the new times when the popular masses who had suffered only oppression and maltreatment were emerging as masters of their destinies and founded the great Juche Idea, thereby developing the struggle of the popular masses for independence to a new high stage and pioneered the new era of development of human history, the Juche era.

The Juche Idea is based on the man-centered philosophical principle that man is the master of everything and decides everything and incorporates the opinions of the popular masses.

Therefore, it constitutes a popular revolutionary doctrine which anyone aspiring for independence can easily agree with and accept as their own.

Firmly adhering to the Juche Idea as the guiding principle and victoriously advancing the socialist cause, our Party and revolution have covered the path of independence and the road of socialism without a single mistake in their lines or a moment’s deviation.

No matter how much water may flow under the bridge, the popular masses remain just the same in their aspiration for independence.

That’s why the magnetic power and significance of the Juche Idea only grow.

So, a foreign figure, in his book, praised that the Juche Idea is an idea which everyone should learn and that it is a great philosophy, a great idea and a great outlook on the world motivating the popular masses to the struggle for the independence of the whole world and liberation of mankind.

Indeed, the Juche Idea founded, intensified and developed by President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il and further enriched by the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un, is the eternal banner of victory and sword for prosperity of the Korean revolution.
