Important Front Propelling Revolution
In March, ２０１９, the respected General Secretary
Among the officials who came to watch the game in the presence of the respected General Secretary was a senior official in charge of the agricultural sector.
After a while, the General Secretary suddenly summoned the official close to him.
When the official courteously greeted him, the respected General Secretary said that he was to discuss the agricultural problem with the official.
The official was wrapped in great emotion as he keenly felt the concern of the respected General Secretary for the agricultural problem of the country.
Looking at the official, the General Secretary said that the agricultural sector shouldn’t work in such a manner as it had done in the previous year when it did watering only after the crops suffered damage from drought.
Noting that in order to do farming well that year the department of the official should fulfil its role as the headquarters tower of the agricultural front in a responsible manner, he stressed that the agricultural front is now a major thrust area in building the country into a socialist economic giant, an outpost in the battle for defending socialism as well as a front of great importance in encouraging and propelling our revolution.
He continued that our officials should keep his teaching deep in their minds and buckle down to that year’s farming with strong determination.
Indeed, the respected General Secretary puts his heart and soul into the development of the country’s agriculture with steel-strong will to brilliantly resolve the food problem of the people.
Looking up to him, the official made a firm determination to fulfil his responsibility and role as official in charge of the country’s agriculture.
Agricultural Scientists He Put Forward
One September day in ２０１７, the respected General Secretary visited the research institute of Farm No. １１１６, which was newly built as befitting the latest agricultural one.
That day he paid deep attention to ensuring living conditions of researchers.
After solving the housing problem of researchers on the spot, the General Secretary dropped in at the bedroom of researchers to learn about its conditions lest there should be any inconvenience.
He examined the wall of the entrance and also tried the tap in the toilet room.
Looking up to him, the officials were greatly moved by his painstaking efforts taken for building the agricultural research institute into a high-tech base fully furnished with all the conditions needed for science research and rest.
That day the General Secretary went round with pleasure a dining room and exercise room. Then he repeatedly expressed satisfaction, saying that the research institute was really wonderful and our researchers became able to concentrate on their research without any worry.
He taught to improve the treatment of scientists in the agricultural sector.
He instructed that the agricultural front is the outpost line of the struggle to defend socialism and scientists of the agricultural sector were the ones holding the most important position in that front, adding that agricultural scientists may be likened to platoon and company commanders at the head of the charge in an army.
It was a precious teaching reflecting his unbounded love and trust for scientists in the agricultural sector.
The officials were replete with pride that our agricultural scientists live under such ardent love and trust of the peerless great man.
