Respected Marshal Kim Jong Un Receives Congratulatory Letter from Chongryon Central Standing Committee

The respected Marshal Kim Jong Un received a congratulatory letter from the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) on April １５.

The letter paid the highest tribute to the great leader Generalissimo Kim Il Sung, who built a socialist state independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy and self-reliant in national defence, in reflection of the deep reverence of all Chongryon officials and Koreans in Japan on the occasion of the significant April holiday and extended the greatest glory and warmest congratulations to the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un who indicated the path of victory to be followed by the DPRK at a new stage of the overall development of socialism and the perfect action programs and is leading the struggle for their realization.

It said that the fatherly leader Kim Il Sung was the eternal leader of the Korean people as he built socialist Korea centered on the popular masses for the first time in history and provided an eternal cornerstone for the victorious advance and accomplishment of the revolutionary cause of Juche.

It is the highest honor and pride of our people and Koreans in Japan and happiness of all generations to come to hold in high esteem the great Generalissimo Kim Il Sung admired by the whole world as the eternal leader, the letter said.

The cause of building a dignified socialist power and the patriotic cause of Chongryon pioneered and led by the great leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il are now making steady changes and development and advancing victoriously under the wise leadership of the respected Marshal, it said, and went on:

We will cherish deep in mind the great trust and expectation of the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un and fully discharge the honorable responsibility and duty we have assumed in further promoting the overall development of the movement of Koreans in Japan by firmly grasping and thoroughly applying the main idea and main spirit of the Ninth Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

The letter wished good health to the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un, the destiny and future of the Korean people, for the new victory in the cause of building a powerful socialist country and the patriotic cause of Chongryon.
