We Never Forget Benevolence of President Kim Il Sung

Boundless yearning for President Kim Il Sung is overbrimming the whole country which celebrated the auspicious April holiday.

The President restored the country lost to the Japanese imperialists and built a socialist state independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy and self-reliant in national defence.

Once, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un earnestly taught that we should regard it as a pride to hold the President, the founder of socialist Korea, in high esteem for all eternity to come and that we are still enjoying the benefits provided by the President.

Stories about the President’s sky-high benevolence can be heard in every nook and corner of the country.

The President is a peerless patriot and national liberator who defeated the Japanese imperialists and restored the country by making a long arduous journey of anti-Japanese struggle.

The accomplishment of the historic cause of national liberation brought the song of building a new country to this land where the dark clouds of national ruin had hung heavily, and made our people masters of land, factories and the country.

Despite the difficulty and complexity of the situation after liberation, the President realized the great cause of founding the Party, the state and the army and developed our Party, state and the army into the powerful weapon for socialist construction and the genuine people’s Party, state and the army firmly defending the people’s dignity, security, rights and interests, taking full responsibility for their destiny and life and taking sincere care of them.

The President is the defender of the people’s destiny and an ever-victorious iron-willed commander who made a record unprecedented in the world history of war, and a prominent statesman and an outstanding leader who built a socialist state independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy and self-reliant in national defence.

Socialism which is life to our people and brings all their dreams and ideals into full bloom is the home of happiness which the President firmly safeguarded all his life and held up high for building a society suited to the ideals of the people.

Love for and devotion to the people constituted a disposition of the President.

Thanks to the noble outlook of the President on people, wealth for the people appeared in the best places of the country and creations with the word "people" in their names were born.

Our President put the children forward as the kings of the country and built children’s palaces in different parts of the country and watched the schoolchildren’s New Year performances in delight though he was so busy.

Thanks to the President who saw that it was made a state policy for the state to make and supply school uniforms, the touching reality in which all the schoolchildren are provided with school uniforms by the state was born.

It is his great pains taken for the good of the people that ushered in a new history of "golden mountains" and "golden fields" and gave birth to a socialist garden full of the song "We Are the Happiest in the World."

The history of benevolence of President Kim Il Sung continues as we have the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un.

It is the intention and immovable will of the respected General Secretary to turn our socialist country restored and founded by the President and defended and developed by Chairman Kim Jong Il into the most powerful country in the world where the people’s dreams and ideals are brought into full bloom.

The respected General Secretary is developing ours into the state of the President and the Chairman, holding fast to the great Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism as the definite guideline of our state building and activities.

Following his wise leadership, our country is performing miracles and making eye-opening innovations, shortening ten years to one.

Our people will convey and add brilliance to the undying exploits and benevolence of the President who provided a precious foundation on which our country can be prosperous forever as a people’s ideal state generation after generation.
