Symposium of Social Scientists Held in DPRK

There took place a symposium in the field of social sciences on the historic significance of the Ninth Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea and the First Session of the １５th Supreme People’s Assembly on Thursday.

Present there were officials, teachers and researchers from the fields of science and education and Party cadres training institutions.

The symposium heard papers explaining the historic significance of the Ninth WPK Congress and the First Session of the １５th SPA that marked another new milestone in the history of the sacred struggle of the Juche revolution. The papers were made public by Pak Kyong Hui, a teacher of the Central Cadres Training School of the WPK, Choe Jin Hyok, a researcher of Kim Il Sung University, Ri Sang Guk, department head of the University of National Economy, and Ri Song Hwan, an examinant of the Academy of Social Sciences.

Speakers said that it was a noteworthy political event for providing a decisive guarantee for a fresh victory in socialist construction to have the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un at the top posts of our dignified Party and state again.

They stressed that the Ninth Congress of the WPK and the First Session of the １５th SPA were a historic watershed in inspiring the DPRK people with the pride and self-confidence of victors and adding shine to the era of comprehensive development of socialism.

They noted that the Ninth Congress of the WPK and the First Session of the １５th SPA are of weighty significance as they clarified the ever-victorious fighting strategy enabling our people to give full play to their great strength.

They called for fulfilling the responsibility and duty in the struggle to carry out the important tasks set forth by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un at the Ninth Congress of the WPK and the First Session of the １５th SPA.
