One scorching day in August ２０１８, the respected General Secretary
He was on the way of field guidance for indicating the orientation and ways for hastily finishing the construction of the farm he personally initiated in order to provide the people in the province with fresh vegetables all the year round.
When the train was passing by Ponggang-ri in Orang County, the respected General Secretary, who was looking out of the window, told to stop the train and bring him a plant of corn and corn ears on it from the field.
Looking up to him who was learning in detail about the crops seeing the corn plant, the officials felt how anxious the respected General Secretary was about the country’s agricultural production.
Later in November that year, the respected General Secretary reminded the officials of the fact that he had learnt about the crops of a corn field of a vegetable sub-workteam of a farm that August and told them to call the head of the sub-workteam to the meeting of activists in the agricultural field to be held at the end of the year, noting that he heard the sub-workteam had reaped a rich corn harvest.
Thanks to the great trust and love of the respected General Secretary who highly appreciated the efforts of an ordinary sub-workteam head, Ryo Tong Su, the sub-workteam head, came to have the honor to take the platform.
Better still, he had a photo session with the respected General Secretary.
Indeed, no statesman in the world has appreciated the efforts of farmers devoted to the crops in the field so high.
