Important Undertaking for Consolidating People’s Faith
The historic Ninth Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea underlined the need to raise the quality of products and actively develop new products of variety characteristic of their regions in order for model entities of the regional development policy in the new era to make actual contributions to the material and cultural life of the people.
It is our Party’s demand that all the regional-industry products should get higher in quality and more various and the specialties should steadily increase in variety.

In order to let our Party’s far-reaching regional development policy pay off by fully satisfying the people’s demand for quality, it is decisive to raise the quality of products at the newly-built regional-industry factories.
Not long ago, the National Foodstuff Exhibition-２０２６ was held with splendor in the capital city of Pyongyang and foodstuff factories in forty cities and counties which were built on a modern line thanks to the Party’s grand policy of regional development presented their products and worthful research findings to evoke great response among the people.
All the visitors admired that they had produced lots of kinds of products though they had only just started production and that the product quality had incomparably been raised.
This fact clearly verifies the validity of the policy of our Party which is accelerating the development of regions.
It is our Party’s steadfast determination and will to let our people enjoy all the good luck under socialism, using the best and most wonderful things in the world.
At the historic Ninth Party Congress, the respected General Secretary taught to organize emulation among cities, counties and factories in every province and regional product exhibitions and the like regularly every year in the capital city.
Only when modern regional-industry factories direct efforts to raising the scientific level of operation and management, normalizing production and further raising the product quality, can the people’s laughter and happiness be brought into full bloom and the people grow firmer in their trust in the Party’s policies.
