The new birth of the Central Cadres Training School of the WPK is a historical event which provided the "pedigree farm" for training communists in the new era and the backbone of the Party capable of ensuring the continuity of the lifeline of the Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist Party and its invincible leadership for all ages.
On June １, ２０２４, the Central Cadres Training School of the WPK, with an appearance of the highest level as a prestigious revolutionary university training the backbone of the WPK, has been opened on the occasion of its ７８th birthday.
The respected General Secretary, in his speech, said:
In the past years there have been many memorable grand festivals and remarkable events, but today’s experience of looking to the future of the Workers’ Party of Korea in this place would not be forgotten all my life, I think.

The new era of building the Workers’ Party of Korea, the golden age of strengthening the Party, is opening at this point today.
The fact the Central Cadres Training School of the WPK is shining as the highest institute for training Party cadres in the new era, the most authoritative revolutionary school able to open a golden age of strengthening the whole Party and perpetuate the absolute ruling efficiency and guiding power of our Party is brilliant fruition brought about by the steadfast will of the General Secretary to ensure eternal invincibility of the Juche revolution by giving definite precedence to training Party cadres over all other affairs and his energetic leadership.
The respected General Secretary who has paid the most primary attention to the work for training Party cadres, regarding it as the key issue in strengthening the Party and enhancing its leadership role, at the Eighth Congress of the WPK set forth a revolutionary policy of making the Central Cadres Training School of the WPK a university above the university and remodeling all the Party cadre-training institutions at all levels on the highest level with it as their parent body to train stalwart and able Party officials who are boundlessly loyal to the Party, revolution and people in a systematic and sustained way, thus steadily expanding the rank of core elements of our Party.
The General Secretary visited the Central Cadres Training School of the WPK on Oct. １７, ２０２２, to give a commemorative lecture.
In the lecture he expressed his determination to put forward the Central Cadres Training School of the WPK, which is arming and training reserves of the Party, as the university above the universities in the future, give boost to the Party work, teaching administration and management of the school while giving direct support to it and make it a model of universities across the country in all aspects.
As he set the work for building Party schools not merely as an administrative, practical work for improving the work for training Party cadres but as the most important task that has a bearing on the future of our Party, the General Secretary unfolded the grand plan of building the central cadres training school into the best university incomparable to any prestigious universities in the world.
The respected General Secretary energetically guided the whole process of its construction as a designer, owner and operator of the project.
Where he put the main emphasis in building the school as a world-level one is to make its appearance and overall educational environment be modeled on the WPK.
His attentive care is reflected in the fact that a tower symbolizing the WPK was built in the front of the school, red flags arranged in every lecture room and the national anthem of the DPRK engraved on the surface of the wall of the school building.
The Central Cadres Training School of the WPK is a "pedigree farm" for training hard-core forces guaranteeing the glory and future of the WPK with their revolutionary disposition and qualification.
It is just the mission of the school to bring up talented Party officials who perfectly incarnate the line of building the Party in the new era set forth by the General Secretary and thoroughly apply it in their work practice.
It is the greatest exploit the General Secretary performed for the country and the people that he wonderfully erected the highest institute for training Party cadres capable of bringing up the red, hardcore elements of the Party and the revolution.
