Great Care Related to Pedigree Institution for Training Party’s Backbone

Adjacent to Sacred Place

There is one thing most impressive about the Central Cadres Training School of the Workers’ Party of Korea, which was built as the "pedigree farm" for training the backbone of the Party.

It is just that the school was built as the supreme political institution of the Republic on an ideal site within a short distance to the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun where President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il lie in state.

The respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un set the site for the school at a place adjacent to the sacred temple and near the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Jujak Peak, where the great leaders can hear even the whispering by the students in the campus and the martyrs can always look at them.

Regarding it as an issue related to the future development of the Party of training successors to the Party and an important issue directly linked to the future of the revolution to build the "pedigree farm" for training Party cadres, the respected General Secretary attached special significance to its site and chose it with strenuous efforts.

How meaningful it is that the "pedigree farm" for training the backbone of the Party is located at a place like the fountain of our revolution vibrant with our Party’s immovable will to carry forward the revolutionary cause of Juche and the revolutionary traditions of Paektu.

The Central Cadres Training School of the Workers’ Party of Korea is adjacent to the sacred place embodying the history and traditions of the Korean revolution.

It is a clear manifestation of the noble will of the respected General Secretary to firmly implant a sense of sacred mission imputable to no one else in the hearts of the cores of our Party brought up here.

With Immortal Proposition

Every student at the school has a precious aphorism which they keep in their hearts to reflect every moment of their life on it.

It is the autographic proposition President Kim Il Sung wrote to the first batch of graduates from the one-year class of the Central Party School in August １９４８.

The respected General Secretary who visited the school in October ２０２２, brought this proposition to topic, calling it a great proposition of immortality incorporating the unchangeable guidelines and principles running through the whole course of Party building and activities and stressing that students can be trained into genuine officials of our Party possessed of spirit of absolute and devoted service to the people only when this proposition is implanted in their hearts as the essence of the nature and work style of the Workers’ Party.

Standing in front of the monument to the autograph of the President erected in the campus, one can feel the unshakable will of the respected General Secretary to preserve the essence of the Party’s character and work style forever and get a clear answer to the question of what all the students at the school should regard as an invariable creed of life.

That’s why lots of students visit this monument early in the morning, in their free time and even late at night.

８０-odd Red Flags

Unlike other schools, a red flag is hung in every lecture room and hall of the Central Cadres Training School of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

It is the respected General Secretary who saw that the red flag, like the symbol of the Korean revolution, was hung in every nook and corner of the political institution.

He made sure that the red flag was hung in all the lecture rooms, not just in Hall No. １.

On the meaningful day of completion, the respected General Secretary warmly taught that the red flag reflects the revolutionary character of our Party founded and developed by President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.

Bearing the noble will of the respected General Secretary are the instructions that we should be ready to fight holding the red flag and die under the red flag and that it is an important issue related to the destiny of the Party to bring up thoroughgoing revolutionaries firmly armed with the red-flag idea.

Today, the students are hardening their determination and will to devote themselves to the revolution in front of the red flag.

Numerous indeed are the possessors of the red-flag idea brought up by the red flag hung by the respected General Secretary.
