Story Told by Couple of Capital City Builders

Shortly ago we met Ko Wi Song and Hwang Jong Hyang, employees of the Songyo District Construction Brigade.

They were a newly-wed couple.

Saying that they came to see us to have their say out, they told us the following story.

Ko is an innovator who has been working sincerely since the construction of １０ ０００ flats at the second stage in the Hwasong area.

It was one March day when Ko, a Party member discharged from military service, plighted his troth to Hwang.

At that time everybody was very busy as it was when the construction of the fifth stage in the Hwasong area was being accelerated on a full scale.

So they decided on holding a private and humble wedding.

But they couldn't know how great love was to be shown to them yet.

One night officials of the Songyo District Construction Brigade sat together to discuss about their wedding.

They rejoiced at the news that Ko and Hwang, the employees of the brigade, were to get married.

In fact, whenever Ko achieved distinguished labor successes, the officials, on the one hand, took him laudable and on the other, they felt anxious inwardly on him as he was old enough to get married.

So, as soon as they came to know about the news of his marriage, the officials sat together to discuss about the preparations for their wedding.

The officials devoted all their sincerity to the preparations for the wedding.

Upon the news, the employees of the brigade, too, devoted sincerity to wedding preparations.

The same went for officials of the Songyo District Party Committee.

Senior officials of the district Party committee rejoiced over the news that young people engaged in the construction of the capital city were to be married and willingly took charge of the preparations for their wedding.

The officials paid deep attention to all details of the wedding ranging from the setting of the table to the preparations for photo session.

Furthermore, when they found out that Hwang's father had passed away they took warmer care of her with parental affection.

Officials of the district people's committee also rendered sincerity to them.

Thanks to such warm sincerity, Ko and Hwang got married amid blessings of lots of people in April last.

Concluding the story, the builder couple expressed their heartfelt words that our country in which all the people are members of one large family is the best in the world.

The heartfelt voices reflected their gratitude to our system in which it is a social climate to take warm care of young people's work and life with parental affection, and their determination to devote sincere efforts to the country unsparingly.
