Additional Three Essential Projects

The １１th Plenary Meeting of the ８th Party Central Committee held in December ２０２４ discussed and decided on the issue of formally including the construction of three essential projects in parallel with the regional-industry factories in the Regional Development ２０×１０ Policy.

The additional three essential projects were the burden our Party shouldered for realizing the cherished desires of the people.

As people cannot be provided with better living conditions and environment simply by the construction of several regional-industry factories in cities and counties and the people’s happy laughter constitutes the strength of our powerful state, the respected Comrade General Secretary saw that the three essential projects symbolic of the augmentation of a vast sphere and a new transformation were pushed forward with simultaneously.

It was by no means a decision made on the basis of favorable conditions.

The construction of city and county hospital, for instance, is dozens of times as costly as erecting an apartment block or an industrial facility. It is not so easy because it requires advanced building techniques, expensive materials and large funds.

However, the respected Comrade General Secretary made a decision which is hard to make even in good times as he spares nothing for the people and ensured that loud explosions of groundbreaking reverberated one after another.

The construction of three essential projects, being carried out to the letter thanks to the noble intention and energetic guidance of the respected Comrade General Secretary, is a precious outcome of the implementation of the new regional development policy which gives a clear understanding and a clearer picture of the affluent and civilized life our Party plans to provide to the regional people.
