He grows stronger day by day in his love for the people though he has to take care of all the people in the country.

That’s why he made a bold decision to form another large front of opening up a new phase of regional industrial development across the country given that the rural housing construction is being undertaken on a nationwide scale and to simultaneously follow through these two revolutionary stages.
He made a long journey to learn once again about the modernization and management of the regional-industry factories in Kimhwa County and their architectural styles which were built on a trial basis to confirm the detailed orientation of the construction of regional-industry factories to be newly built on a full scale in different parts of the country from the first year of the promotion of the Regional Development ２０×１０ Policy.
During his field guidance, the respected Comrade General Secretary taught the officials they should steadily improve architectural styles and level of modernization of regional-industry factories to be newly built in keeping with the requirements of the ever-developing times.
In his meaningful speech made at the groundbreaking ceremony of regional-industry factories in Songchon County, he said that anyone who is born on this land should lead an abundant and civilized life under the socialist policy of the state, whether they live in the capital city or regions, in towns or mountain villages, and it is the core of the new policy of regional development to see to it that they do so without fail.
A long journey of great devotion to the people has been made since he called upon all the people to build and create with confidence and vigor for an era of great transformation, in which we will develop the regional economy rapidly in our own way while renovating rural communities, and towards an era, in which we build the most wonderful factories for the people on our land by our own hands and in which we create the people’s happiness to the full with our own resources and technology.

Along with this journey, the remarkable changes, in which the loud explosions heard at the groundbreaking ceremonies lead to the rousing cheers at the inauguration ceremonies every year, have become a new custom of Korean-style socialism, and magnificent creations symbolic of eye-opening innovations and civilization of regions have sprung up to startle the world.
Indeed, thanks to the great devotion of the respected Comrade General Secretary, the flames of regional industry revolution unprecedented in history are flaring up fiercely and happiness and prosperity are being brought earlier.
In the coming five years for implementing the decisions of the Ninth Party Congress, too, charming regional-industry factories will appear in different parts of the country and standards and levels of civilization will be updated without interruption.
Our future, when the country, the people’s way of thinking and their life will be transformed beyond recognition, will be brighter and more beautiful.
