Lest There Should Be Any Defect

The following happened one day when the respected Comrade General Secretary Kim Jong Un was inspecting the newly-built Pyongyang Middle School for Orphans.

When he dropped in at a classroom, he asked what they wrote with on the whiteboard and learned about the supply of board markers.

Presently, he approached a desk.

He personally tried pulling the chair and praised the desks and chairs were made nicely to suit the children’s ages and physiological features.

Then he taught that it is necessary to standardize teaching tools and equipment arranged at primary and middle schools for orphans in the country based on those of Pyongyang Middle School for Orphans.

That day, the respected Comrade General Secretary warmly told that Pyongyang Middle School for Orphans is the model and standard of junior and senior middle schools in our country and that they should, in the future, be remodeled on the level of Pyongyang Middle School for Orphans.

Looking up to him, who paid deep attention lest there should be any defect in the school, spending his precious time for the rising generation, the officials hardened their will to discharge their responsibilities and mission in training the rising generation as reliable pillars of the future of the country as intended by the respected Comrade General Secretary.

Story Associated with Meaningful Souvenir Photograph

On January １, ２０２３, the respected Comrade General Secretary told the officials that he was going to have a souvenir photo taken with the young delegates to the Ninth Congress of the Korean Children’s Union.

Though he had so many places to visit on the first day of the year, he thought of the little delegates first.

The officials were full of surging emotions.

To them, he said that he had prepared the KCU congress with much effort as it was of great significance and that he had prepared special gifts for them and let them stay in Pyongyang for over ten days, taking part in the congress, touring the capital city and watching the great performance in celebration of the new year.

He continued that the children who participated in the congress are sons and daughters of ordinary working people, faithfully following our Party alone, that they must be waiting for him so eagerly and that their parents would be disappointed if he didn’t have a picture taken with them.

The respected Comrade General Secretary had convened a great reunion of KCU members and taken all the benevolent measures for the success of the congress.

However, he bestowed great benevolence repeatedly, not content with what he had done for them.

Hence, the participants in the Ninth Congress of the KCU had the honor to have a meaningful photograph taken with the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un whom they had longed for so much.
