So, they measured again the acidity of wheat paste after he left the factory.

Seeing the wheat paste produced by the Kangdong Country Foodstuff Factory, the respected Comrade General Secretary said that our people get familiar with the wheat paste. Suddenly he asked what the meaning of "Jubongsan"-brand of the wheat paste was.
An official of the factory replied that it was the name of a mountain in Kangdong County.
Then, looking around the accompanying officials, he said that our brands follow mountain names in general. Referring to the word "Maekjon", he said that there is Maekjon-ri in Kangdong County, before asking about its meaning.
After hearing about the origin of Maekjon, he said that the region is called Maekjon because barley farming is well done in the region.
Maekjon is the name representing the regional character of Kangdong County.
So, the products of the Kangdong County Foodstuff Factory could have "Maekjon"-brand.
Like this, the "Maekjon"-brand is the meaningful trade mark. So, seeing the "Maekjon"-branded goods, the residents in Kangdong County pleasantly say that a regional name of their native place became their pride.
Equipment Manufactured on Our Own
The respected Comrade General Secretary feels great pleasure whenever seeing the equipment manufactured with our own strength and technology.
The Kangdong County Foodstuff Factory gave a great pleasure to the respected Comrade General Secretary when he visited the factory with a baking oven manufactured on our own.
The lack of baking ovens was the biggest problem in arranging bread baking process at foodstuff factories under construction.
After learning in detail about the situation, the respected Comrade General Secretary gave field guidance at the regional-industry factories under construction in Songchon County one day in November ２０２４.
He stressed the need to arrange a factory which comprehensively manufactures equipment necessary for regional-industry factories in cities and counties and said that bread making equipment should be manufactured with our own efforts without fail.
So, a baking oven was installed in the Kangdong County Foodstuff Factory.
The respected Comrade General Secretary dropped in at the bread making room and asked if the baking oven was made on our own.
Hearing the reply of an official of the factory, he expressed great satisfaction saying that the baking oven was manufactured well.
