We Will Follow Party Forever
It is more clearly manifested in days of national disaster rather than in ordinary days that whom the Party exists for.
A small playground of a secondary school where temporary tents had been pitched two years ago reminds us of the touching scene unfolded on that unforgettable day.
Unreservedly sitting on the damp floor of a tent, the respected Comrade General Secretary
He called on them to endure the difficulty a little more until the day when a paradise will be built on the ruins left by the natural disaster and they will lead a better life. His warm instructions moved not only flood victims but all the people across the country to tears.
Flood victims who had met the respected Comrade General Secretary in that temporary tent now live in modern dwelling houses in Soho-dong, Sinuiju City.
Choe Mi Hwa and Choe Son Ok, women who were honored to meet the respected Comrade General Secretary with their daughters of four and six years, expressed their feelings of having moved to wonderful houses, saying that they, who had been subjected to flood damage, became able to lead a happy life with their families in excellent new dwelling houses fully furnished with all house articles under the benevolence of the Party and work in a civilized environment at their workplaces. They added that their children, too, are learning to their heart’s content in excellent schools equipped with nice teaching fixtures and that they became the happiest persons in the world thanks to the Party.
Their stories touch heartstrings of people.
It is the unanimous thought of all of them that there are no unfortunate ones on this land in spite of unexpected misfortune thanks to the respected Comrade General Secretary who takes warmer care of people under difficulty.
From the very moment when he was informed of the misfortune suffered by the people in the Amnok River basin, the respected Comrade General Secretary was filled with an ardent desire to provide the flood victims with unbounded happiness.
A day after he visited the tents where flood victims were temporarily living, the respected Comrade General Secretary made a consolatory remark on a sizzling train that for us today, nothing is more important and urgent than to stabilize the living of the flood victims and take permanent safety measures to prevent any recurrence of flooding.
His ardent love and steadfast will have been turned into reality on this land. This is the scene which can be unfolded only in our country holding the respected Comrade General Secretary as the father of the large socialist family.
Indeed, the area makes us witness the great new era in which the capital city and provinces, towns and rural communities undergo great transformation all together.
A large-scale combined greenhouse farm lined with modern greenhouses and a strong bulwark against any natural disaster were built on the barren soil under the leadership of the respected Comrade General Secretary.
He also saw that a vegetable science research center, a base for studying and disseminating modern vegetable science and technology, was built and a peculiar landscape created to provide flood victims with the greatest happiness and the highest civilization. Our people will always remember such great love of the benevolent father.
It is the unanimous will of not only flood victims but all the people across the country to firmly defend the happy cradle provided by the respected Comrade General Secretary through generations and to do more work for the country, remembering his great love and devotion for the people.
Our harmonious whole in which the leader devotes his all to the people and the people devotedly uphold the idea and intention of the leader with profound yearning for him will shine forever in the future, too.
