Hundreds of Dwellings Built

Hundreds of dwellings have been newly built in a region in Unpha County.

Multi-storey houses, a nursery and kindergarten were built in a modernistic way and roads stretched out in good shape.

A large area of land was covered in greens and floral shrubs of good species were planted to facelift the region beyond recognition.

In this region, a sapropelic coal power station which is of great importance in tackling the electricity problem in North Hwanghae Province is to be built.

The province unfolded a bold plan to newly build a modern residential district for the employees and residents in the surrounding area before buckling down to the construction of the power station.

The senior officials of the province defined the plot for the dwelling construction through several rounds of on-the-spot survey and held a field consultation to make scrupulous arrangements as for the construction.

Provincial organs and enterprises dispatched able construction forces to the field.

The officials gave priority to materials supply and conducted the arrangement and control of the project to ensure the quality of construction.

Builders actively adopted construction methods with priority given to raising the quality and enhanced the speed of construction amid the flames of collective innovation. Consequently, a residential district was built in a short period of time.
