Our people have cherished more deeply the pride and self-confidence that we have the greatest leader for the past １０-odd years when they have demonstrated only victory and glory overcoming unprecedented crisis and hardship.
Our struggle, life, success, happiness, victory and glory are all based on the great leader’s revolutionary idea, far-sighted acumen, loving care of the benevolent father and world of rare creation bestowed by him.
As we upheld the respected General Secretary
Solemnly swearing that he will live up to the people’s trust without fail even if his body is torn and crushed to pieces on the way of defending their great trust and that he will remain faithful to that trust, the respected General Secretary has turned any crisis into a springboard for making leaps forward and achieving victory, boldly facing all challenges of history and natural calamities.
Indeed, no glory and fortune is greater than ours of holding the respected General Secretary, the greatest man in the world, as the leader and entrusting him with our destiny.

People of Powerful Country Whom Any Formidable Enemy Does Not Dare to Provoke
Three months ago, the destroyer Choe Hyon sounded a whistle of its commissioning on the West Sea of Korea, and just a few days ago a ceremony for commissioning the destroyer Kang Kon was held, proudly raising the anchor of building a maritime power on the East Sea of Korea.
Our Navy, which displayed a matchless spirit in fighting against the pirate-like enemy, striking terror into them, as they have incessantly resorted to provocative moves taking advantage of their superiority on the sea, that is, their superior warships, has been equipped with sophisticated warships. And so, it became able to fully demonstrate its strength even in the ocean far from the coastal area of the country.
Our country where the holding of nukes is legalized has taken in its hands both "eyes" overlooking a very long distance and a strong "fist" beating a very long distance and Juche-oriented weapons whose power is immeasurable.
It is the invariable will, courage and pluck of our people that there is no shelter for the enemies to hide themselves in this planet and that if they dare to invade even an inch of our land, there would be no place for their bodies to rest.
No one can check our way or halt and reverse our advancing spirit rapidly increasing any more.
Today, the DPRK has turned into a powerful country which formidable enemies dread.
It has passed over ７０ years since the ceasefire, but actually the war has never stopped on this land.
Absolutely supporting the Party’s line of simultaneously promoting the two fronts was a vital demand for our people who historically had suffered from the aggression of the alien forces and had to experience more severe hardships and difficulties caused by the persistent anti-DPRK schemes by the hostile forces, who are desperate not to see us growing stronger.
The respected General Secretary said that we must be powerful also for our coming generations and that it is our first and foremost task. His instruction touches the heartstrings of our people more deeply in this meaningful September.
Our self-reliant defence capability will undergo steady transformation until it can satisfy our steadfast will to defend our national sovereignty and lofty self-respect.
The DPRK should grow stronger without letup for the serenity and eternal prosperity of the country and for the world peace and justice.
In this course, it will steadily demonstrate its undying fame and dignity to the whole world.
