To Emphasize Subject Matter in Designing and Building Work
One June, the May Day Stadium was undergoing remodeling.

He underlined the need for the designing officials and other officials concerned to enhance their sense of responsibility.
Presently, he acknowledged that the red plastic chairs installed at the first-floor terraces of the stadium were nice.
Then he taught that, as the chairs for spectators were red in color, the floor of the terraces had to be made white and the aisle stairs blue to be indicative of the flag of the Republic.
He stressed that the blue isle stairs, in particular, had to be given definite distinction.
The officials were full of excitement.
To decorate the terraces with colors representative of the flag of the Republic was indeed a great idea either in the sense that our sportspersons were sweating away at training with a single desire to exalt the honor of the country in the stadium or from an aesthetic viewpoint.
The respected General Secretary continued that building work as well as designing in the construction sector should be done so that the main subject was fully maintained.
In a word, they should emphasize the subject matter in every process, he added.
Under the guidance of the respected General Secretary who tries to implant noble patriotic mind in the people’s hearts, the May Day Stadium was renovated into a monumental edifice which symbolizes and heats up our people’s patriotism.
Core of Regional Construction
In October ２０２０, the respected General Secretary inspected a construction site of dwelling houses in the countryside.
That day, he gave detailed instructions as to the main idea of our Party’s construction policy.
He underlined the need to avoid uniformity in building rural dwelling houses and noted that it was a major policy issue arising in regional construction.
He continued that if dwelling houses were built in the rural areas according to uniform designs, buildings built in different regions would be indistinctive and alike.
He taught that the country’s construction should make steady progress.
The officials were lost deep in thought.
It is an important requirement in drawing the design to suit it to the usage of structures and make it preserve their features.
In particular, similarity and repetitiveness are taboo in architectural designing.
However, they failed to pay due attention to the issue of avoiding repetitiveness in designing, preoccupied with the anxiety to build the houses as soon as possible.
Looking at the officials, the respected General Secretary affirmed that it is his thoroughgoing stand to maintain non-repetition in building structures.
Then he stressed that it should be the main content and core of regional construction to build buildings in a non-repetitive and eco-friendly way in consideration of the characteristics of relevant regions.
That day’s instruction became a precious guideline for radically developing regional construction.
