DPRK weightlifters bagged gold medals at the ２０th Asian Games.

On September ２５, DPRK weightlifter O Kwang Ok lifted １０４kg in snatch (a new world record, a new Asian record and a new record of the games), １３４kg in clean and jerk (a new world record, a new Asian record and a new record of the games), and ２３８kg in total (a new world record, a new Asian record and a new record of the games), thus coming first in the women’s weightlifting ５７kg category.

Meanwhile, DPRK weightlifter Pak Jin Hae bagged silver medals in the women’s weightlifting ６１kg category.
