DPRK Weightlifter Wins Gold Medal at 20th Asian Games

DPRK player Song Kuk Hyang bagged a gold medal in the women’s weightlifting of the ２０th Asian Games.

On September ２７, she lifted １２１kg in snatch (a new world record, a new Asian record and a new record of the games), １５２kg in clean and jerk (a new world record, a new Asian record and a new record of the games) and ２７３kg in total (a new world record, a new Asian record and a new record of the games), thus winning a gold medal in the ６９kg category.
