He gave detailed instructions in different places of the rehabilitation site.
Before departure, he looked again at the construction site and taught that they had to intend to provide our people with flawless flats by trimming what was imperfect.
He continued that they had to finish the construction in a flawless way and repeatedly emphasized that they had to devote their sincerity to every corner of the buildings.
The officials were touched by the deep sincerity of the great father of people.
His instructions made the officials harden their will to provide the people with perfect flats without any defects as intended by the respected General Secretary.
Teaching Ways in Detail
One day in November ２０２３, the respected General Secretary gave field guidance at the Ryongsong Machine Complex.
He was so pleased with the achievements made by the workers of the complex.
Then, all of a sudden, a shadow passed over his face.
The respected General Secretary told the officials that there was too much noise in the production field.
Presently, he earnestly noted that health of the workers cannot be bartered for production, however important it may be.
The officials were impressed.
The senior officials of the complex and other officials who had been there thought little of that noise.
That day, the respected General Secretary taught that officials should never think light of the workers’ health.
As he valued our workers most, the respected General Secretary paid so much attention to the noise of the equipment to which everyone else stayed indifferent.
He underlined the need to take measures to lower the noise of the production field when modernizing the complex and clarified the ways in detail.
With this as an occasion, our officials renewed their determination to make selfless, devoted efforts for the people true to the noble intention of the respected General Secretary.
